As the Facilities Operations Lead at xAI Memphis, you will oversee the maintenance and performance of critical data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems. You will lead a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, driving hands-on technical operations, team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data center.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC, power distribution, and backup systems.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
- 8+ years of experience managing critical facilities systems, including power, cooling, and environmental controls.
