We're looking for an Engineering Editorial Lead to join our team at Anthropic. As an Engineering Editorial Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the narrative around our work and ensuring that our technical content is accurate, clear, and engaging.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and research papers
- Work closely with our communications team to ensure that our messaging is consistent and effective
- Develop and maintain our style guide and ensure that all technical content meets our standards
- Provide feedback and guidance to engineers on writing and communication best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical writing or editing role
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
