Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our services. Meta is seeking an experienced, organized and self-driven individual to support the development of cost-effective energy solutions for our growing fleet of data centers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key contributor to Meta’s data center energy strategy, specifically supporting the grid-scale energy infrastructure analysis and development to support our data centers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and validating technical transmission studies and proposals,
- Assessing transmission operator proposals for impacts to Meta’s data center development,
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to develop transmission strategies to support Meta’s data center development.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience,
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a utility, energy project developer, design/consulting firm, or energy intensive consumer
