Meta is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join our organization. As the ideal candidate, you will contribute with both hands-on and strategic support of our people managers through performance management and workplace conflict issues to cultivate an innovative, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.
What you'll do
As an Employee Relations Manager, you will lead a team of Employee Relations Partners who work across multiple jurisdictions and business groups to assist employees and managers in performance management, resolving issues and grievances.

- Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
What you need
- 12+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles
- 3+ years of experience managing HR/ER professionals
