We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead two high-impact areas: Ads Targeting and Countries Monetization. This is a people management role leading a team of PMs, partnering with an Engineering Director and a full team of engineers, data scientists, product designers, data engineers, UX researchers, and content designers. You will have direct exposure to senior execs at Meta.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for ads targeting and countries monetization across a 100+ person organization
- Define the post-automation product vision for targeting — determining how Meta extracts performance from user states, advertiser relationships, and new signal sources
What you need
- Technical foundation – Degree or significant experience in a quantitative discipline — computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field
- ML product experience – Track record building ML-powered products that optimize for measurable outcomes — not wrappers, but products involving data pipelines, experimentation, optimization functions, and model development
