Meta is seeking an Operations Manager to support the global rollout of infrastructure, focusing on logistics and deployment planning for data center hardware worldwide. The role requires building partnerships with internal business partners, supporting organizational scaling, managing escalations, rolling out tooling, coordinating execution activities, and ensuring operational efficiency in a multi-X growth environment.
What you'll do
The Operations Manager will engage with internal customers and gain understanding of their current and future needs. They will shape the customer-facing vision of the team and roadmap internal activities in support of the vision.
- Support the Deployment team in line with Meta and IBOS strategic priorities, including end-to-end global program development, identification and oversight of strategic priorities, continuous improvement, development, standardization, and implementation of processes, tooling and training
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or in finance
