We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipment Discrepancy Analyst to ensure that our shipment processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
As a Shipment Discrepancy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in upholding Corsair's reputation for unmatched customer service by diligently tracking and investigating discrepancies reported by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor in-transit shipments and assess risk of delays
Contact parcel carriers and freight forwarders to research for missing shipments
Work with warehouse staff to ensure internal transfers receipts are transacted promptly
Work with Sales Ops team to resend shipments when required
Initiate the claims process for lost or damaged shipments
Represent the voice of the customer expectations for shipment related communication
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years working in logistics/sales ops/customer service
Very strong attention to detail
Communication with strong presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel
Self-Starter
Problem Solver/Innovative
