The Infrastructure Operations team is looking for Data centre Trainee Technicians to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. Data centre Technicians are the primary resolver and troubleshoot and solve a range of data centre infrastructure issues including, but not limited to: hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.
What you'll do
You will be required to engage in physical data centre activities with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes all tasks associated with planning and tracking capacity, rack deployment, rack cabling, hardware and software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
- Problem Solving: Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
- Technical: Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from Systems through to Power/Mechanical
What you need
- 1+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience
