Summary
Constructor are looking for a talented Data Analyst at their U.S. office. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and machine learning, helping translate data into actionable improvements across our platform. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
About the Role
In this role, you will analyze user behavior, design and evaluate experiments, define metrics, and generate insights that directly influence product decisions and business outcomes. You will work with SQL, Python, and distributed data systems to process and analyze large volumes of data.
Accountabilities
- Analyze user behavior and large-scale datasets to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes and measure impact on key business metrics
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries)
Personal attributes:
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and translate business needs into analytical solutions
