The Customer Support and Success Associate APAC role exists to support the growth and success of Perplexity's clients in the Asia-Pacific region. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and success services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
What you'll do
- Architect Tokyo-based support operations covering JST time zone (9 AM – 6 PM) with 8-hour shift rotations
- Implement comprehensive QA protocols and performance metrics that align with both global standards and regional expectations
What you need
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Technical writing proficiency in Japanese
- Proficiency in Python/NodeJS and SQL
