Opening. This role is a key contributor in working to source, train, maintain, and improve the performance of our contractor workforce.
What you'll do
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand staffing and performance requirements for our Collector workforce. You will support day-to-day operations by ensuring that staffing is properly allocated for business needs. You will manage and control timecards to ensure proper payment for time worked. You will build training and feedback modules to ensure continuous improvement. You will become a subject matter expert on all capabilities of the robotics platforms deployed in the factory.
What you need
- Academic (Bachelors degree) or industry experience – data collection, staffing, independent contractor assignments, or human resources.
- 1-3 years of experience managing hourly staffing across multiple locations.
- Experience managing risk and operational safety.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
