As a Construction Supervisor at xAI, you will oversee teams and contractors building advanced water treatment infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and underground utility installations to meet the exacting specifications of a large-scale wastewater recycling and membrane bioreactor facility.
What you'll do
- Oversee and coordinate concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and underground utility installations to meet the exacting specifications of a large-scale wastewater recycling and membrane bioreactor facility.
- Manage and schedule contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to deliver project milestones for the Colossus Water Recycling Plant on time and to xAI's quality standards.
What you need
- 5+ years managing construction teams with strong emphasis on concrete work and underground utilities for large-scale industrial projects.
- 5+ years direct hands-on experience in concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and underground infrastructure (piping, conduits, foundations) — ideally on water/wastewater, industrial process, or heavy civil projects.
