Opening. This role exists to manage the construction of new data centers and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centers.
What you'll do
As a Construction Manager, you will lead the delivery of our Data Center projects. You will work closely with Internal Stakeholders and Contractors, resolving project issues, managing RFIs, Change Orders and other key delivery functions.
- Project management and oversight of construction related activities for new builds or general capital projects. This will include the ownership of the project scope, timeline, and budgets.
- Driving costs down and schedules shorter while maintaining quality.
- Provide Construction Management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains
- Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
- 10+ years of construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) plants experience
