The team acts as consultative partners to our leaders across the organization, from technical managers up to our CEO, Sam Altman. About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Candidate Experience Manager to lead our global coordination team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience, and scaling our coordination processes to meet the demands of a high-volume recruiting environment.
This role is based in our San Francisco HQ office and not currently open to fully remote work.
In this role, you will:

Manage and lead our ever growing coordination team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Oversee the coordination processes of all candidate interviews, including scheduling, communication, and logistics for both virtual and in-office interviews.

Develop and implement scalable coordination processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the team.

Influence and enhance candidate experience programs, ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

Oversee high-volume recruiting activities, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling and coordination of interviews and candidate interactions.

Develop, implement, and audit job posting and interview plan processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Continuously assess and improve coordination practices, leveraging feedback and data to drive process improvements.
Qualifications:

A good understanding of load balancing for coordinators
-
Familiarity with Ashby ATS is a plus

Proven experience in managing a global recruiting coordination team.

Strong familiarity with in-office interviewing processes and best practices.

Demonstrated background in building and scaling coordination processes within a high-volume recruiting environment.

History of managing and influencing candidate experience programs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Well versed in Project Management Practices

At least 5 years of people management experience.
