We are seeking a Business Marketing Workflow Automation Lead to design, deploy and drive adoption of AI-native workflows that transform how growth campaigns are planned, launched and executed.
This leader will act as an internal leader of AI-led growth execution, working with marketing, product, data and engineering teams to create durable and reusable capabilities embedded in Meta's products and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders and practitioners across growth, marketing, product, analytics and engineering to identify the highest impact AI use cases
- Reimagine how campaigns are planned, launched, tested and optimized using AI tools and agents
- Pilot, deploy and scale AI-native growth marketing workflows and agent systems that can materially reduce campaign setup and launch time
- Establish best practices and standards for AI growth execution, such as quality rubrics and QA processes to ensure high-quality output
- Support build vs. buy decisions for generative AI and agentic capabilities by trading off feature depth, time, privacy and cost relative to growth marketing execution goals
- Define the measurement framework for AI-driven growth execution, such as velocity, quality, adoption and downstream business impact including ROI, user growth and revenue lift
- Act as a strategic advisor to Directors and VPs on AI adoption in growth and marketing
- Represent growth execution perspectives in AI platform discussions across Meta
- Stay current on generative AI and martech innovations to quickly assess opportunities to pilot new tools and integrate them into workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years in marketing roles, with direct experience using and deploying AI tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience applying AI to real-world marketing problems
- Influence without authority in complex orgs
- Experience partnering with engineering to scope, build and deploy solutions
- Experience working with highly ambiguous problems and starting from zero
