We're looking for a unique opportunity to combine learning and professional experience. Our programme is designed to provide you with a two-year learning experience, where you'll study for a Technical Superior degree in Mechantronics and gain hands-on experience in our logistics centres.
The programme is based on an alternating model, where you'll spend six to eight weeks studying at the Mondragón Goi Eskola Politeknikoa in Arrasate-Mondragon, followed by four to five weeks working in our logistics centre. During this time, you'll be supervised by a mentor and receive additional training on topics such as prevention of risks, English, and technical complements.
Your main objectives will be to guarantee standards for maintaining the reliability of the work environment, implement and maintain high-tech equipment safely, perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a dedicated asset management system, and ensure a high level of availability of equipment for internal clients.
You'll also participate in the implementation of projects with various departments, particularly those aimed at increasing the level of safety in equipment and installations, and elevate the level of knowledge and skills through internal and external training and exchange of experiences with specialists in the team.
During the programme, you'll be in contact with a mentor in the logistics centre and receive specific classes on the approach to maintenance in Amazon and technology-specific topics.
Once you've completed and obtained your Technical Superior degree, we want you to continue your journey with us and apply for one of the available technical positions in our logistics centres.
Amazon will cover your tuition fees and living expenses during your stay in Mondragón, as well as transportation costs between the logistics centre and the educational centre for each block of alternating periods.
