As a Solutions Architect in New York, you'll own the technical relationship for our enterprise accounts across the US. Day to day, you will:
What you'll do
Partner with Sales on pre-sales technical scoping – translate prospect requirements into solutions, define success criteria, present technical credibility

Own customer onboarding and enablement – get customers to value fast through structured guidance on data setup, workflow design, and platform adoption

Manage ongoing technical health of enterprise accounts – monitor utilization, triage issues, surface expansion opportunities, coordinate with Solutions Engineers on complex implementations

Drive product adoption strategy – translate new features into customer value, design rollouts that maximize adoption, eliminate lag between Engineering shipping and customers benefiting

Be the voice of US customers to Product and Engineering – write feature requests with clear ROI, advocate for customer needs, influence roadmap priorities

Travel (25-30%) to client sites across the US building deep relationships with the teams who rely on our platform
What you need

Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Senior Customer Engineer at an enterprise SaaS company

Track record managing complex customer relationships simultaneously with strong project management discipline

Technical depth to direct Solutions Engineer work, advocate for feature changes, and make quality judgements

Comfort being the primary technical face to customer executives

Ability to make technical trade-off decisions without constant escalation

Experience translating between customer needs and product requirements
