What you'll do
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor and sales acumen
- Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations, and adoption of Meta's products
What you need
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development Sectors
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset in response to new challenges and opportunities
