Join our team as an Account Manager, Mid-Market, Thailand and play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through business consultation, relationship management, and product knowledge.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing dedicated account management to advertisers, demonstrating a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals, and boosting revenue and increasing product adoption through achieving client objectives.
You will become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet board advertiser requirements. You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with operational rigour, manage account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
You will work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute proactively, work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction, and lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams.
You will build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery, excel in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, possess analytical skills, be proficient in navigating complex challenges and ambiguity to offer tailored solutions to clients.
Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, digital performance marketing, sales, or consulting
- Effective communications and presentation skills
- Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships
- Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely
- Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional teams
- Excel in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, possess analytical skills, be proficient in navigating complex challenges and ambiguity to offer tailored solutions to clients
- BA/BS degree or Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certification
- Fluency in English and Thai is essential for success in this role as they will manage clients whose usual business language is English and Thai
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across Meta’s full suite of advertising and marketing solutions
- Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
- Experience in enterprise sales is a plus
- High AI proficiency is a plus
