The full source is the YubHub jobs index — every active role across a few hundred company career pages. A nightly job filters that down to roles where AI is plausibly the work, by two criteria:
- The company is on a curated list of AI-first organisations (foundation labs, inference infra, vector stores, applied teams).
- The role title or description contains an AI keyword that's unlikely to be incidental — "AI engineer", "applied AI", "LLM", "RLHF", "forward deployed", and a few more.
This is deliberately conservative. Generalist roles at obviously-AI companies are included; AI-adjacent product roles at non-AI companies often aren't. The filter is the thing — if a role you'd expect to see is missing, the allowlist or the keyword regex needs widening.
Source URLs point to the company's own ATS. Houtini doesn't intermediate; the apply button is always a direct link.
